Since opening its doors, Addison Taylor Fine Jewelry has combined the distinction of a luxury jeweler with the warmth of a family business. Every client receives a personal consultation with owner Scott Berger, who feels that there is no job “too big or too small.” Clients have come to appreciate Scott’s handmade authentic craftsmanship, personalized service and custom pieces far more than just running into the mall for something that “everyone” can wear.

Scott started the company after 15 years of working in the wholesale diamond and jewelry industry, naming the business after his youngest daughter, who he calls the “jewel of my eye.” As his father was also in the jewelry industry, Scott grew up with an appreciation for all things beautiful – fine arts, sketching, and of course, fine jewelry. He finally found his calling for designing jewelry 18 years ago hen he was inspired to create an engagement ring for his wife, Marla.

While Addison Taylor’s jewelry is extraordinary, their showroom environment is as unique as their designs. Located in a high rise in Scottsdale, Scott has installed a pool table and a sleek lounge that transcends most retail jewelry purchase experiences. In addition to the unique environment, Scott takes the time to work with each client on their personal requests, whether it is restoring a family heirloom ring, creating the perfect engagement ring, or helping to design the perfect wedding party gifts.

Addison Taylor has an unlimited selection of diamonds and precious stones for their clients to choose from, and deals with only the finest cuts from Israel, Belgium, Russia and all around the world. The cut, color, clarity, carat and quality of each stone is carefully examined and then explained to each client in what Scott likes to call a "diamond education" for his customers. The point is not to sell the "biggest" stone; it is to help the client find the perfect stone that truly speaks to them.

When you ask Scott about the internal philosophy at Addison Taylor, he is quick to answer; “It is truly an honor that I am the first person to know about the biggest and most special part of a person’s life--from the engagement to the wedding, followed by the anniversaries and finally their children. The business will always be here, but it’s really all about family.”
